HBA Builder Member of the Year Recognition
Nov. 14, 2025
Choice Builders founder Ryan Brouwer was recognized by the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire as the 2025 Builder Member of the Year, an award celebrating his leadership, industry involvement, and community impact within the regional home building community. The association’s announcement highlighted Ryan’s contributions to industry events, advocacy, and support for fellow builders, reinforcing Choice Builders’ reputation as a trusted, respected custom home builder in Sioux Falls and the surrounding region.
Our team was featured on SiouxFalls.Business for transforming an interior space into an open, modern, and highly functional design during a total remodel. That project evolved from a small sunroom update into a whole-main-floor transformation, demonstrating our flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to blending function with design excellence.
Dakota News Now highlighted Choice Builders founder Ryan Brouwer for his leadership and volunteer service during the 2025 Repair Affair project, an annual initiative of the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire that provides critical home repairs for local residents in need. In the video report, Ryan is interviewed on site as volunteers rebuilt a damaged deck and constructed a new wheelchair-accessible ramp for one of four Sioux Falls–area homeowners selected for assistance. The feature showcases Choice Builders’ ongoing commitment to community service, accessibility, and giving back to the region where we live and build.
Choice Builders is proud to have one of our exceptional custom homes, located at 6700 E. Roddel Circle in Sioux Falls, highlighted as one of five homes featured in the Argus Leader’s Spring Parade of Homes preview.
The Spring Parade of Homes is a premier event hosted by the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire that showcases top-tier new construction homes, innovative design trends, and craftsmanship excellence throughout the region. This recognition reflects not only our design and build capabilities but also our commitment to quality and creativity in the luxury custom home market.
Visitors and prospective homebuyers attending the parade had the opportunity to tour this standout property, experience its thoughtful layout, high-end finishes, and modern details firsthand, and gain inspiration for their own custom home visions.
