The Process
Every new construction project is unique, but our process is consistent. Here’s how we do things at Choice Builders:
1. We draw up the plans together.
The initial meetings help us get an idea for what you want. It’s called a custom home for a reason. We’ll discuss your must-haves, your want-to-haves, and everything in-between.
2. We discuss your budget.
We always encourage clients to be honest about their budget situation so we can ensure we’re getting them the most for their money. The more honest you can be, the better job we can do.
3. we price out the project.
We’ll make small tweaks to make sure the plans fit the budget, then get bids from the subcontractors to ensure all the bases are covered.
4. we begin construction.
This is the fun part. You’ll watch your dream project come together step-by-step. At Choice Builders we want this process to be as stress-free as possible. We’ll hold regular check-ins and budget meetings, but our hope is you’ll feel like you can trust us to get the job done right.
5. you move in to your dream home.
OK, this is the real fun part. When the work is finished, you’ll be moving into a house that is truly your own. And no one will be more excited for you than our team.
